I let them know before hand that I had an assistance dog and have been left stranded before as taxis don’t want to take me. My taxi driver knew the law about assistance dogs and couldn’t believe that I have been left stranded before as he said that is against the law. Highly recommend this company. Our driver Naseeb was on time and took the time to reverse into our driveway to ensure loading our luggage and access to the cab was easy (other taxis tend to park out the front of our home, so we have to walk to them). Nadeem was very friendly and knowledgeable and also showed that family is important to him. Would highly recommend Capital Cabs due to their professionalism.
